It is the policy of Western Bell to conduct its operations in a safe manner, to ensure good health of its personnel, secured environment and be sensitive to the needs and concerns of the communities around its area of operation. Western Bell employees and subcontractors must plan and perform their work in accordance with this policy. Any job that cannot be done in accordance with this policy must not commence or continued.

COMMUNITY RELATION POLICY

With the view to enhance relationship between company and host communities and the aim to ultimately reduce operating costs and shutdown arising from unhealthy company-community relationship, Western Bell Limited shall negotiate and engage a reasonable percentage of non-skilled workforce from the local /host community.

VISIBLE MANAGEMENT COMMITMENT TO HSE

Western Bell Int’L Limited management recognizes the fact that there can be no meaningful progress without strong management support. We therefore regard HSE as part of line managers’ daily responsibilities alongside schedule financing, productivity and morale. The Managing Director and the Operations Manager visit work areas regularly to monitor HSE, wearing the required P.P.E., and discussing HSE with employees and carrying out audits.

It is the policy of Western Bell Limited to promote, protect and preserve the environment. Hence employees and sub-contractors are expected to perform their duties in an environmental friendly manner.
